• When you buy: your name, email, phone number and payment status (from Razorpay). We do not receive your card, UPI or bank details.
• When you contact us: the details you send.
• Basic, anonymous website analytics, if enabled.

How we use it

• To give you course access and send purchase receipts.
• To answer support, refund and grievance requests.
• To send course updates. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the courses (payment processing by Razorpay, email and course hosting), or when required by law.

Storage and retention

We keep purchase records for as long as needed for your access and for tax and legal requirements, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing . We respond within 30 days.
