We want you to be happy with your course.

Refund window

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched less than 30% of the course. Email with your name and payment ID (from your Razorpay receipt).

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval, back to the original payment method. Banks usually credit them within 5–7 business days after that.

When refunds aren't possible

• After the refund window, or after more than 30% of the course has been watched.
• If course files have been shared or redistributed.

Cancellation

Courses are one-time purchases, so there is no subscription to cancel. If you paid twice by mistake, we refund the duplicate payment in full.

Udemy purchases

Courses bought on Udemy follow Udemy's own refund policy; please request those refunds through Udemy.
